Hi all,
I tried to setup kdvi als previewer for Lyx 1.1.6 by adding
\viewer dvi "kdvi"
to my preferences file in my home directory
Unfortunately kdvi doesn't start:
Executing command: kdvi -paper a4 'de_FAQ.dvi'
kviewshell: Unknown option '-paper'.
kviewshell: Use --help to get a list of available command line options.
Any help is appreciated!

BTW: I'm using the german localization for Lyx. In my help-menu, there is
one topic "Table of Contents" (Inhaltsverzeichnis) which seems to be
displaced. Bug or feature?
