Compilation problem using xlC

Hi, Has anyone compiled Lyx 1.1.5 using cc/xlC for AIX 4.3.2? Configuration is okay but for compilation I keep getting 'Unable to retrieve message errors' for all the source files in src except bmtable.c and tex-strings.C. Can someone please help or give suggestion? the compiler flags are: cc -O2

problematic first page counter

Hi lyx users, I have a page counter at the first page of my document, even though I marked the document as 'empty'. Other pages don't have counters. Does anyone know how to get rid of this counter ? Thanks in advance for any help, Liad.
