Has anyone compiled Lyx 1.1.5 using cc/xlC for AIX 4.3.2? Configuration
is okay but for compilation I keep getting 'Unable to retrieve message
errors' for all the source files in src except bmtable.c and tex-strings.C.
Can someone please help or give suggestion?

I have a page counter at the first page of my document, even though I
marked the document as 'empty'. Other pages don't have counters.
Does anyone know how to get rid of this counter ?

Hi!
I'm using a class from an ACM conference. I've been able to add this
class successfully to Lyx and modified the article layout to use that
class.
However, I don't seem to be able to customize the authors part by
using latex as such:
\numberofauthors{2}

\alignauthor Myriam Abrams
you have to convert it to eps format. I can get it through convert command
(Image Magick pack) under linux.
