Thanks for your help. I fixed the problem by both deleting the
HiResBoundingBox line and also checking the "Clip to Bounding Box"
option in the Graphics-->Clipping window.

I have a similar problem yesterday ;)
Try do edit (with notepad or gvim) the eps and delete the line:
%%HiResBoundingBox: xx
Normaly is at the begining of the eps file.
