Hello
I want to write my PhD with lyx and therefore I generated a master document

When I use the normal View->DVI or View->PDF command, I get the different file

Hello everyone!
About: tex2pdf is a script that generates a PDF file from a LaTeX or LyX
document using tools like pdflatex and hyperref.
Changes in this release:
* first stable release of tex2pdf in Perl
* totally rewritten parameter/option handling
* removed any unnecessary shell command

Thanks, and I have a couple of questions.
In my LaTeX preamble I have:
% Add prologue pages (title, etc.)
\input{prologue.tex}
But somehow tex2pdf does not set the directory correctly. It is missing a

This is a question for working with tex2pdf in LyX.
I have the following in my LaTeX preamble:
\usepackage[pdftex]{thumbpdf}
\usepackage[pdftex,pdftitle={Main Title},
pdfauthor={Myself},
pdfsubject={My Thesis},

Hello everyone,
There is a new release of the tex2pdf bash shell script.
It is only a frontend to hyperref, pdftex and similar tools. So you still

tex2pdf is really nice! It has the hyperref stuff in there and

references, cross references and pagenumbers are clickable in Acrobat

Hi.
It seems I can never get this right. I draw some nice figures with xfig with
latex fonts and export the figure as two parts, one is figure.pstex, another
is figure.pstex_t. While it works perfectly with dvips, it never worked
with tex2pdf. The figure shown in the pdf has only the text

Because I just realized something. I have been running "tex2pdf" on
FoilTeX presentations, which only gave me thumbnails and in-page
references, but no bookmarks. The second I ran it on "regular"
article or book document, I got _all_ the PDF bookmarks.

So I previously used "pdftex" but it didn't convert the EPS graphics
before output (and lost them in the end result). Hence why the

I do PDF bookmarks, hyper-refs, etc. using normal LaTeX + dvips as
