I've been trying to use the RevTeX4 document class in LyX 1.1.6fix4 (running under Debian/PowerPC, using the 'testing' distro), and have encountered a couple of minor problems: * First, I can't put equations in footnotes. Even starting with the RevTeX4 LyX template, if I create a footnote in t
