Yes, you're right. I noticed that just a couple of
minutes ago.
My document uses standard book class + some stuff in
preamble, but I guess I can copy them by modifying
layout file for book class, or better creating a
hybrid layout. It doesn't seem so hard now.

Sure I'll look at the examples, etc. I just didn't
want to reinvent the wheel: if people already did
create layout files for such stuff, I could happily
use them though :).
