Tracked deleted child document shows as deleted everywhere with Show changes in output

Hi, When I tracked delete a child document with Show changes in output in my document at one point, it becomes deleted everywhere and where it is actually deleted it becomes deleted twice. The attached documents show this. It seems as if a deleted child document gets its content tracked
