Before lyx1.2.1 fix the problem of getting proper links out of lyx
generated latex file by latex2html, I am using a perl script to
translate lyx URLs to corresponding ERTs as a temporary solution.
1. put the following to your preamble:
\usepackage{html}
\usepackage{url}
\latex{

I would like to bring this old email to attention again since I have
exactly the same problem with lyx 1.2. Is there any progress in this
problem?
I have read the lyx/tip page where I was suggested to use ERT.

I have the same problem. I am using lyx1.2. :-( I do not want to use ERT
for links either.
