I am using multiple indexes (two different indexes) in my document.
The page numbers in one print blue while black in the other one.
I should add that cross references appear blue as well as the
referenced page numbers in table of contents, in nomenclature, in
bibliographies

There are some links in Mageia that do point to non-existent files: see
Mageia bugs #18085 and #18088.
This is the case too for 'splitindex' which is needed to create multiple
indexes.

Have a look at the package splitidx. You have to define a specific index
converter

class. I see an article in wikipedia about doing such in memoir class
but don't want to use Book.
