Dear all, I am working on LyX 2.0 and I have a strange problem with multiple indexes.
I work with both Windows 7 and Ubuntu 11.04.While in Ubunto everything is OK, I am not able to see the indexes in Windows.
I have checked the LaTeX-log and I have sees that in Ubuntu the files with extension "ind" are correctly loaded, while in Windows 7 there is the message "no file xxx-idx.ind" (even if I do not receive any error while compiling the document).
Any suggestion? Francesco
