To complete my previous post, I have found this nice Windows interface for Git:

I have not time to play with it yet but it looks quite promising.
Especially to integrate Git operations in the Explorer's contextual
menu.

Nobody uses Git with LyX?
If I am alone, I will switch to RCS, which seems to be more naturally
supported by LyX.
I will regret Git because it is very quick and smart as a system.
