Thanks for all the replies. I like the suggestion below about possibly incorporating a feature within LyX. Since LyX already has a "Track Changes" feature, I wonder whether it would be difficult to add a "Show Changes" feature with respect to a different LyX file. In the meantime it seems like d

Never used Notepad++ but I would suggest vim diff. I guess its similar. For many files, perhaps use the diff program instead, either on the lyx files themselves, or a text export of them, which if you could easily get from lyx with an AutoIT script (for windows). Ben Ken wrote: Hi all,
