I wonder if that's possible. I know it's built into Cocoa natively, and
it might be doable with QT/Mac because I think it's using some subset
of Cocoa, but I think it might be kind of intensive to do it especially
in xforms and even in QT/X11.

right-side single quotes. I do know that such fonts exist, mainly
because I've used them, but I've just given up and I use Lucida
