This would depend on whatever font you use on screen, of course, and that's settable in Preferences.
However, I think you'll find there are very few fonts with fancy right-side single quotes. I do know that such fonts exist, mainly because I've used them, but I've just given up and I use Lucida Grande (mmm, big and readable) as my display font. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.
