The latest version from the Redhat 6.2 update channel (provided by
red-carpet updater). Not sure exactly what the number is until I get
home from work. However, others have reported th
Hi Kayvan,
I (and others on the lyx-users list) have had problems installing the
lyx-1.2.0 rpms on redhat 6.2 because it is missing the library file:
libstdc++-libc6.1-2.so.3.
My system has the libstdc++-2.9.0-30 rpm installed (the latest that
rpmfind found) which provides libstdc++-libc6.1-1

No, I hadn't thought of that. I suppose there might have been little
enough changed between the -1 and -2 versions for it to work. Will try
it this evening when I

Hi,
I have had problems installing the lyx-1.2.0 rpms on my redhat 6.2
system because it is missing the library file:
libstdc++-libc6.1-2.so.2. My system has the libstdc++-2.9.0-30 rpm
