I’ve run into this when trying to import LyX 2.0 into LyX 2.1. Try copying and
pasting the old document into a new document.

like to write the text and style it afterwards, so I tried:
command-sequence cut; ert-insert; self-insert \textsubscript{;
char-forward; paste; ert-insert; self-insert }; char-backward;
char-backward;
This one however doesn't work when the marked section is empty.

n for writing the bindfile.
I also would like to avoid the workaround macro C-M _ \text as there
is \textsubscript .
I'm sure it should be in the LyxFunction list for Lyx2.0, but it's not
in the wiki. What is the name of the function and where can I look it
up?

Yes, this is it. How do I strip the extra { } ?
Sean
the path I want.
Isn't LyX required to pass the location of the original sourcefiles somehow
to TeX , as TeX can't really know anything about the LyX-file?

Does LyX store the path to the current file somewhere accessible from Tex
code?
Sean
are using LyX 1.6.3 on both Windows and Mac.
Thanks in advance

Thanks! Works perfectly.

Hi,
I've just begun using LyX (very impressed) and subscribed ot the mailing lists.
One thing I haven't been able to figure out is how to print comments
out to (for example) PDF files in a different colour or font
(preferably colour) to differentiate them from the rest of the text.
If I put the
instances of where the global prefs
should override the behavior encoded in the templates, but the language
setting seems like a good candidate.

It's my understanding that with this isn't necessarily true when you
consider unicode and not just ascii.

sizeof(char) i
C, I'm sure), and
incorporate Start-LyX in to the LyX.app bundle.
Oh, yeah, note that the above breaks Start-LyX because it too uses hard
coded directories.

How do I get LyX to work in a directory besides /Applications/?
Specifically, I want t
e full path of the program, and launch it with the
appropriate arguments. Even better would be if the executable itself
did this, but there may be some obscure technical reasons I'm unaware
of why it cannot.

Would you have any CV/resume classes to recommend? I was looking
around on CTAN, but that it's been pretty overwhelming...
TIA,

ll here. What do most of you
people do to maintain your resume? Are you using Lyx? Or
is it not a good fit at all?
