Screenwriting with Lyx

I want to use Lyx for screenwriting. When I load the 'hollywood' template, an error appears telling me that the 'hollywood' text class cannot be found. I have tried Lyx on Linux and on MacOS but the same thing happens on both. -- Richard

I have printed off all there is on my MD7.0+St.Off5.01 regarding KLYX documentation and read it carefully. No-where can I get it to create:-   MY NAME(top left)  MY ADDRESS(top right)
