I have a document with fairly long titles of chapters. I am using
koma-script report, and fancy headers. Some of the titles don't fit in
the header of the page. If I use the insert->short title, this one is
used in headers, which is good, but is also used in TOC, which is bad

No great deal, just delete (or move away) a little file called
"setup.ini", that comes with the compressed file. Then follow again the
instructions.
The problem is, for me, when I try to start LyX 1.1.6fix4. It complained
of a missing dll (namely, "cygregexp.dll", or something si
