Hi,
I am using a class (nrc1) that requires the "\usepackage[T1]{fontenc}"
to be commented out of the latex file. Anyone know how to disable this from
within lyx?

I've patched LyX 1.3.2 with John Levon's change tracking code. This is a
really nifty feature, so I wanted to get it working on the stable 1.3.2
release, which I used for writing my thesis. The patch is based on 1.3cvs
which doesn't have support for the QT. I didn't test the
