I'm writing a paper, using the class "article". The problem I have is that hyphenation works fine on the text, but doesn't work with citation reference. In facts, lines which terminate with a citation reference go out of the right margin. Can someone help me? regards, Giorgio

installing a new paragraph style .. how to put them at the bottom of the style-bar?

I've just installed a new style which allows to manage one column abstracts in a two-columns papers. Doing that, I've got available the OneColAbstract paragraph style.. which is now at the top of my style-bar, instead of the "Standard" entry. It is quite annoying. Can i fix that? thanks, Giorgio

margins in odd and even pages

hi! I'm writing a document of class article, using the geometry package. I've defined my custom margins (2cm both left and right); however when I print the postscript file, right margins are greater than the left ones on the even pages and viceversa. I think it should be a sort of "inheritance"

hi! I need to put in my documents some tables, which are larger that the paper's margin. Lyx's default policy is, as far as I know, to keep the table aligned with the left margin, whereas the very right part of table goes outside the right margin: --- |

hi, as far as I know, the only supported format for images is eps. What to do in order to put an other type of image, for example jpg? I tried to save it as .eps within GIMP but (maybe it's a problem of my installation) no such filter was found. Does the new release maybe support such images? tha

Hi everyone. I would to get a good pdf output from my lyx document. I've converted postscript with ps2pdf, but it didn't look good (at least within the acrobat reader), eventhoug it was ok when printed. Is it possible to get directly the pdf version, without to use ps2pdf? As far as i know now,
