The index prints as normal for me.
You might want to check under Document>LaTeX Log after you View>PDF and
see if erro
OK. I believe this is exactly the bug I reported at
http://www.lyx.org/trac/ticket/7741
A temporary solution is to change your UI language to default instead
of French (see http://www.lyx.org/trac/ticket/7741#comment:2)

Dokumentenklasse book (KOMA Script) eingestellt. In Lyx sehe ich alle
