lyx download broken

Hi all, I'm unable to download lyx from ftp://ftp.lyx.org/pub/lyx/bin/1.6.7/LyX-1.6.7-4-Installer.exe since two days. I tried from two geographically distant machines. I found a mirror at http://lyx.cybermirror.org/1.6.7/LyX-1.6.7-4-Installer.exe, but the installer fails while trying to download
