generate list of changes by "track changes"

Hi all, I have been using the change tracking feature and it is great. However, I am trying to get a complete list of changes at the end of the document, something like "blah blah" is added on page 123 "blah blah" is removed on page 234 etc...etc The only way I could think of is to create a
