I have a really annoying problem that I need to fix ASAP (my thesis needs
to be submitted very soon), so any help would be much appreciated.
The problem is that a footnote is placed three pages on
from where it is defined, which looks really odd. i.e. I have a number 7 in the
text on page

I have almost everything in order (I hope) in using LyX with my native
language (dutch). It seems to use the dutch layout. I changed the book,
article and report class into the boek, artikel1 and rapport class and
changed the language in LyX
