Why not you export it from Corel Draw directly to EPS? Moreover,
the better conversion between pdf and eps, can be done by

You should be able to select the text (using your mouse or
keyboard/cursor) and then change the font using Layout->C

Any copy and paste action makes Lyx (1.2.1) crash when klipper is running in
the taskbar.
This is resolved when klipper is stopped with right klick/quit. (not disabled)
