Hi!
How do I get a page heading on top of the page column in a table of content?
Here's what the lyx file I need to configure:

\lyxformat 218
\textclass book

Hello,

I don't need Lyx-1.1.6fix4 any more at the moment, so the problem is not
urgent any more. However out of curiousity and in case I'll need it
again sometime. here are some questions:

I wonder how could I make a shortcut for opening a "theorem" environment, or
a "standard environment;
I know how to make shortcuts (add lines to .bind), but I do not
know what command line to associate with the binding.
Also, as far as I understand, I do not need any bindings for closing

long enough to be comfortable with it. I thought other potential
users, and the LyX development team, might be interested in my
experience. It is not quite as shrink-wrapped as building on Solaris.

I have a question about the spellchecking.
I write a swedish document and when I use the word "telephonequeue" (I do
some translation here) which consists of the words "telephone" and "queue",
and start the spell checking in lyx I get suggestions about
"telephone-queue" and "telephone queue".

use the pdtex-option together with "View/DVI"?
I've put a very simple .lyx
