Hi And sorry for the lameness of this question: I can insert a figure fine

Probably a stupid question (wouldn't be my first), but is notebook2e.sty
visible on your LaTeX search paths on the home machine? If you're using
a Win32 installation, try typing 'kpsewhich notebook2e.sty' and see if it
finds the path. If not, the problem lies with LaTeX and not with LyX;

Thanks to everybody who answered. My problem was (besides the
preambles) that I had nested inputs. The solution was to use inserts
instead of includes within each part.

Labels at equation lines are mangled using lyx 1.2.1
If labels are made by two or more items, they get collapsed in a single string,
as the document is closed.
Labels containig underscore, such as a_b, are added by extra braces.
Many cross-references are lost.

Hi,
I have a small lyx file. At my institute I work with 'lyx 1.1.5fix2' this
file is OK; I can export it as a postscript file. At my home-PC I work
with 'lyx 1.1.6fix4' and the same file gives errors when I want to export
it as a postscript file. The problem is related to the classfile that

Jos,
Using *.eps.gz pictures worked just fine in LyX-1.2.0. In fact, some
*.eps.gz pictures work fine in LyX-1.2.1. Others do not. The example I
sent does not work for me whether I am creating a dvi or ps file. Does
anyone else have this problem?

Hello lyx-developers,
I'm writing my thesis in lyx 1.2.1. I've this document, entirely witten in lyx
1.2.1 (no conversion problem). This document contains 3 tables. All are
visible in lyx, but only the first two are visible in the postscript file
You can get the file, including bib and eps
Did anyone use pdfscreen with lyx?

Hello
I don't know how to set text apearing in the list of figures. I
managed to get all figures having the correct format for the
caption. But the whole caption appers in the list of figures. In
latex one can use "\caption [text to appear in list of
figures]{text to appear directly under the
Does your masterdoc have the same preamble?
