How do I set full paths for applications called by LyX, like xdvi,
convert, dvips, etc.? I'm trying to run LyX under a MacOS
environment, and to start it from the XDarwin window manager, I need
the paths hard-coded in the application. I tried writing them into
lyxrc.defaults in /usr/local/
