Hi,
I am having a problem using pdflatex with a pdf image
in the left of the header and text at the right. The
image is included ok, but the text on the right is
shifted down the page, overlapping the main body of
the text. If I use text in the left of the header
instead of an image, the right side text is positioned
correctly.
I can produce the desired result by using a jpeg of
the image and dvipdfm, but I would like to be able to
use the pdf.
In the preamble I have
\usepackage{graphics}
\lhead{\resizebox{5cm}{!}{\includegraphics{logo}}}
\rhead{\textbf{Custom Header Text}}
I am using lyx 1.2.0 on Mandrake 8.0.
