Sorry if this has been asked before, but I couldn´t find an answer and my
Latex book does not tell me either.
The header (fancyheader) of the last chapter of my book is put on the header
of the bibliography. I tried
\thispagestyle{empty}
in tex in front of the BibTeXGenerated References Box,

and citation refs.
Export HTML (latex2html) chokes on the bib file, leaves citations as
keys and for the bibliography writes "No references!"
Export LaTeX then latex foo.tex giv

If an XForms library exists for that OS then you should be able to
compile LyX okay. Hmmm...
Hi,
I use cite.sty to have citings as [1-5] etc. Everything looks fine in the
dvi, but when I use pdflatex, I have the citing as [1,2,3,4,5]. Does anyone
know why?

I was actually going to ask how to change subfigure caption font size, but
I found the solution myself, it is:
\renewcommand\subcapsize{\normalsize}
Anyway, I noticed that PHP-files don't get executed in www.lyx.org,
but instead I saw the raw PHP-source code instead of expected HTML.
