I'm a new Lyx user ( version 1.1.6 from Mandrake 8.0 )and when I use
the article layout, I seem to get the margins to act correctly.
The article layout has 1.5" left and right margins when I would really
like only 1" margins.

I would like to try the LyX 1.1.6 support for DocBook. I've installed
sgmltools and it seems to be installed OK. However, when I create a new
DocBook document type.
1. The Lyx format settings let you select a DocBook article or book; the
online documentation makes no reference to this.

It looks like I have to use hoffset and voffset to get the margins
right on my printer. However, when submitting the postscript version
of the paper, should I remove them?
