very often, with any lyx version (included the last 1.1.5) and under kde, lyx don't start with "segmentation fault" when this appends, one needs to restart kde to fix the problem. However, I couldn't start lyx from a windows/vnc console. kde was nice (gimp ok...) but no lyx. Is there a kde bug?
