Hello
I must be stupid but there is no way I can get version 1.0.6. I
clicked every single option on http://wueddy.wustl.edu/barracuda and only found
version 1.0.5. Clinking on sourceforge means a dead end.
Cliking on another fix release gives only version 1.0.5 (Sep 29). And so and
so
As I said earlier :-)
download the latest package from http://wueddy.wustl.edu/barracuda - the one
that says barracuda-stable.tar.gz. This is revision 1.0.6.
Unpack, then set QTDIR to /usr/include/qt go in the barracuda directory and
type make.
This will compile barracuda.
Be root and do a make

There were some requests on this list, otherwise I wouldnt abuse it for this
:-)
Barracuda has a homepage on sourceforge, i.e. barracuda.sourceforge.net. It is
in the process of being moved from linuxbox and for the time being also hosted
on http://wueddy.wustl.edu/barracuda.

Hi
I had serious problems to comiple barracuda as well and I just gave up.
A good alternative (the one I use over here) is a programme called tkbib.
Its rather simpler than barracuda, but it does its job well.
You may get it at http://vlsicad.cs.binghamton.edu/~pmadden/tkbib/

Hello,
If the barracuda code is not recently updated, it probably uses the library
qt-1.44.
This is probably not shipped anymore with Mandrake 7.0 (it ships with qt -2.*)). If
you insist on using barracuda, you probably have to install a paralell set of qt
libararies.
If you have installed Mand
