I think the following patch should fix this:

As I wrote earlier today, lyx-1.1.1 crashes when the user selects
File->Fax. The fax_command in lyxrc is "tkhylafax -file $$FName"
which works without problems with lyx-1.0.0 on our Solaris-2.6
systems.
Here is a stack trace after the lyx-1.1.1 crash:

I've been having a nightmare of a time trying to get LyX 1.0.4 running
under Redhat 6.0 on my pc. I tried installing the Redhat 5.2 binary, but it
died with an error that it could not find libc5. I recompiled LyX 1.0.4 from
scratch, but still got the same error.
I just built and installed lyx-1.1.1 on our Solaris-2.6 systems. Used

Merci de développer un tel logiciel. Il est vraiment impréssionnant.
Lyx utilise la librairie xforms. C'ette librarie n'est pas vraiment "libre"

I don't think it's libg++ you want - at least not for STL or
. You need libstdc++ for that.

I fear not, locate libg++ gives no output. I'll look for it.

When I try to use a margin/foot note in a table, lyx (Vers. 1.0.4) says

If I try to to insert a margin/foot note in a table float, lyx does not
