Hello all: (I apologize for straying a bit off topic) Is there anyone here that is a member of the SGML-Tools mailing list? The whole server appears to be down and I cannot even get any packets to return from a ping... Can anyone here shed some light on what the status may be of that project? I

equation numbering by chapter?

Is it possible to do equation numbering according to chapter? for example the equations in chapter 2 to be numbered as 2.1, 2.2, etc... the equations in chapter 3 to be 3.1, 3.2, etc... and so on? Also is it possible to do this for figures and tables?
