The problem is generic. You probaly would like only the first column to
be right aligned (as there are numbers), isn't it? Then you just have to
define a fixed with ONLY for the first cell where you write the the column
name. Define this to be a multicolumn and give it a fixed length. I already
deleted the other mail, but if you resent me the .lyx file I'll show you
how to do it (if you cannot figure out by the explanation above).

This is definitively a feature and not a bug :) You can do a lot of things
more in raw latex, but they are not all implemented as noone did need them
yet :)
