Hi, I updated from Lyx 1.0.1 to 1.0.2. Everything is fine except when I use the TOC command the dvi-file does not show a table of contents. Only the headline "table of contents" is there nothing else. The TEX command \tableofcontents doesn't work either. Has anyone an idea?
