Please find attached the demo as I imported it into LyX using the ejour2 class
file. This is not appropriate, but it contains many of the things you need for
this document class.
The more or less successfully imported file is attached. However, note that I

The following came through the teTeX mailing list. It will affect us since
FoilTeX is one of the common default packages. I will add a note to this
effect in the LyX docs (presumably Extended) in the next couple of days.

The spec file distributed with LyX sources doesn't allow relocation,
