The UserGuide states: - "You cannot get the typewriter double quotes by typing " since that will insert real quotes. You get the typewriter double quotes with Ctrl-" (or Ctrl-q if you use Emacs-like key bindings)." But I cannot find any longer a method to inset typewriter quotes as described.
