When updating a postscript preview, lyx
does not send a SIGHUP to gv, and the ps
is not re-loaded. The obvious workaround is to set
the "watch file" preference in gv, or modify the lyx preferences
adding the -watch argument to gv.
Sending a SIGHUP would be ideal, but,
unfortunately, ghostview does
