I can't set iso8859-2 encoding as default in Lyx 1.0.1, although I have
some iso8859-2 fonts installed.
Lyx tries to set default encoding to both menu end editor, but
my latin2 fonts are clearly not suitable for menus (strange messages
about not to be able to set menu font), which eventually
