Hello, I think the package is quite advanced. Of the features mentioned, I
need to incorporate docbook, the problem is that the sources produce errors
when compiling them, patches must be applied. I have added via plugins to
lilypond and sweave/knitr, it seems like the best to me.

It's fine to edit lyxrc.defaults, I think. This is basically a normal
thing for distributions to do, though there may be some better way to do
it. Perhaps someone else will know.
I use lyxrc.dist for distribution specific settings.

file because in the system scan it did not find a program that could manage
