Well, we (try to) do so. However, INSTALL.Win32 passes responsibility to
two build scripts for compiling the aspell and lyx sources.
Moreover, INSTALL.Win32 and Angus' scripts rely on a shared qtwin

I forgot to mention that this patch needs a
#include
in src/session.h to work under windows. Linux/gcc is somehow less
strict on the headers.

After a full days struggling, I finally have lyx1.5svn running under
windows (with no aspell support). I applied and tested the following
patches:
1. my session patch. All features work fine, including remembering of
windows size/position, save/load bookmarks, lastfiles, restore cursor
