I´m currently testing the new tabular inset. Its really hoopy!
Since it is now possible to select multiple rows/columns, I would
suggest
a slightly different behaviour of some buttons in the "Cell" tab of
FormTabular.
currently, it inaktivates the toggle-line buttons and the align buttons
