Hi, I'm bringing up this topic from the past :-). I've rechecked the issue, with the latest sources from the git, and I can see that it leaves out zombie process after each time one compiles the document (Ctrl+R). The git version leaves out "evince" zombie process, so this isn't caused by an Ubunt
