DocStyle.lyx mentions Extended.lyx, but that use is perhaps ok.
The word "extended" occur some times where it is not referring to a
manual.
The Tutorial mentions "Extended" once, which I hope to remove.

I think that in LaTex the subsubsection counter is reset by subsection
and not by section.
