This seems to refer to two documents: "Extended", as well as the
"Additional Features Manual" too. But the "Additional Features Manual"
is named "extended.lyx", so these are the same thing.
This looks somewhat off to me - or did I misunderstand something?
Surely, we aren't trying to tell that the documentation occationally
refer to the file name instead of the title? - Because such referrals
can be fixed instead. (Just search all docs for .lyx, then replace
with the proper document title instead.)
The name of that manual got changed, although the filename was not
changed. So all of the references to "Extended" should be references to
"Additional Features".
