You're using old libraries. The old Qt build doesn't have this bug, but

After some hacking with the Q../Free sources I think I found the
problem. Tomorrow I'll upload

There seems to be no Q../Free source release that works fine. 3.3.6-6
has many known bugs that affect LyX, while 3.3.7-7 has this preamble
problem.

After returning from PanelStack::qt_invoke in panelstack_moc.cpp it
hangs. So it's a bug in Q../Free.
I'll roll back an older Q../Free version and create 1.4.4-4 builds.
