It was ok that you sent the files to the list (although one .lyx file and
one .tex file would have been enough). I don't want them privately. On
the list, they get archived and are searchable.

There is a minor point but annoying. I use a style with 'noindent' for
paragraphs, with the paragraphs being separated with 'medskip'. This works
