I've gone through all of the docs, and can't find anything that seems to address this. My chapter headings must be in all caps. Additionally, each level below must be distinct, and each level must appear in the same style in the TOC as in the text. As near as I can tell, lyx has

Hi, am using V1.01 and am unable to generate Chapter headings that consist only of numbers. eg. Chapter 1, and Chapter 2. LyX forces me to enter at least one character. It will not accept a blank, so I put in a period just to get by. I don't want a period to print, however. I went into the o
